Aviation leadership trainer and consultant with over 16 years of experience in airline operations and leadership roles at Emirates Airlines. I work across aviation, corporate, and government environments, supporting individuals and organizations through interview preparation, leadership development, facilitation, and behavioural observation. Alongside preparing cabin crew candidates at all stages — from airline entry to Supervisor (CSV) and Purser interviews — I also design and deliver corporate training programmes in partnership with PwC Academy, including initiatives for Majid Al Futtaim, Matarat, and Abu Dhabi government entities.
