With over 16 years of operational and leadership experience at Emirates, I founded FlyHigh Consultancy & Training to help aviation professionals succeed at every stage of their career. Through the FlyHigh Methodology, I provide structured coaching tailored to every stage of the airline recruitment journey—from ATS-optimised CVs and Video Assessments to Assessment Days, Final Interviews, Cabin Supervisor (CSV), and Purser promotions. Alongside my aviation career, I design and deliver leadership and customer experience programmes in partnership with PwC Academy, supporting organisations including Majid Al Futtaim and government entities across the UAE.
